Please get in touch with me to make an initial enquiry. You can do this via the website, by phone or through any of our Social Media Channels. It is a good idea to have a think about your colour schemes, design options and favourite flavours in advance. If you have any mood boards or wedding designs you would like to incorporate into your wedding cake, you can send these to me at this stage. We can then discuss design options, delivery and set up requirements, and costings. It is useful to have a think about roughly how many servings you would like from your cake, based on your guest list size. Do note that I offer non decorated cutting cakes which can form part of your wedding cake package. Traditional tiered cakes are really beautiful. Other options to consider include single tiered tall cakes, or multiple small cakes forming a dessert table. These can all be complimented by macrons, biscuits or cupcakes. I will need to know the date and venue in order to confirm availability and costing. If you do not yet have a date booked, I can provide a costing for the cake only, which will be subject to the delivery and set up charge.
I will then put together several design ideas along with costings for your approval.
To confirm your date I ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable 1 month before the date of your wedding and once paid is non-refundable.
If you wish to sample any of the cakes, a wedding tasting box for collection at a cost of £40. You can order this here at any stage of the process. The wedding tasting box include 5 sponge flavours, 5 buttercream flavours along with the matching filings for your sponge choices. This allows you to mix and match the flavours with your family and friends at your own leisure.

If you are allergic to nuts, wheat, dairy, gluten or any other foods please do make me aware of this when you are ordering. I am able to provide cakes which use diary free or gluten free ingredients. However, my kitchen is not dairy or gluten free. I am not able to provide egg free or low sugar options.
All eggs which are used are free range and all cakes are suitable for vegetarians.
I personally deliver and set up your cake to your venue on the morning of your wedding. Most cakes are assembled on site due to size and are not therefore available for collection only.
A flat fee of £50 applies for delivery and set up of all cakes. For venues of a greater distance than 20 miles from BT5, an additional rate of 45p per mile will be charged. This amount is based on the total amount of miles in a round trip to your venue, excludes the first 20 miles and is calculated from BT5.
